We collect your personal data through our signing up which you provide directly to us in the application forms and contracts, and we will use your personal data only to get in touch with you for billing purposes and to improve our products and services. We will NOT sell, distribute, or share your personal data to any third parties without your written approval.
To use our products and services, users are required to have and their own user accounts and passwords. SOFTPLAN does not have any policy for our staff to ask for user’s credentials and work on your behalf. Therefore, please do NOT share your passwords with anyone. It is the responsibility of the users to keep their user credentials secure and safe.
